Video card has been replaced and monitor is up and 
working.

Left Trisha another voicemail to call when she is 
ready to have the part swapped.

Received part last Friday and I called Trisha and 
left a message with her to call back when she is 
available to have the part replaced.

The display port portion of the video card is 
intermittently losing display.  We have tried 
replacing the display port cable, which showed 
the same problem.  Tested monitor with a known 
working computer's video card and the monitor 
worked well.  Warrantied video card through 
Dell and should receive the replacement part 
today or Monday as Dell approved the part.
