Completed working on the machine and deliver to SEP.

Did series of trouble shooting on the system but
the problem was still occurring. In so doing I
re-image the system unit. Now it work just fine.

Computer says one of the discs needs to be checked
for consistency.  Multiple students have been
having the problem.  The computer has been
restarted and the error still comes up.  It will
try to load and just keeps spinning.
