spoke with Chris found that there was nothing wrong with her 
computer but rather it is a problem with running google apps on 
firefox.

Called she is busy and Dec. 15 is still the best
date to get a hold of her.

When she tries to download an attachment, she
can't always print it.  She can't tell me what the
file type is but she would like someone to come
check and see if there are any settings to change
this so she can just print the attachment in her
email.  She sends to the same printer every time.

She is available dec 15th next.
