Cathy stopped by.  She needs to have a server 
name that she connects to for all of the 
information she accesses from DHS.  I double-
checked with Dave D to make sure this is not 
something we host here and he confirmed that we 
dont.  I asked Cathy to let me know if she gets 
the information she needs so we can help her 
get connected and if she doesn't I can contact 
DHS to get the needed information.

Cathy did leave a voicemail on the helpdesk 
phone number and Alyssa forwarded that to me.  
Called Cathy back and had to leave a voicemail.  
Let her know that I am around all day except 
for a meeting from 10-12.

Haven't seen Cathy yet today.  Will get in contact 
with her to see when she might be able to bring 
her laptop in to check out the Citrix error she is 
running into.

Please feel free to swing by with your laptop 
Thursday when you get here and we can work to 
get that Citrix application installed for you.  
I know Citrix has quite a few applications, but 
if you let me know which application in 
particular you need, I can work to get the 
installer before you are back on campus.

Cathy mentioned that she would have to install 
the Citrix program after she received her 
computer back.  I will let her know she can 
stop by Thursday morning so we can get it 
installed for her as she knows exactly what 
Citrix application she needs installed.

Cathy's machine was reimaged and now the Citrix
receiver program doesn't work
