Called Jay this morning and he was in early.  
Ran over to set up his network drives, make him 
an administrative user, and create his mobile 
profile.  I set up his network printers and 
local printer yesterday after bring his 
computer back to his office.

Needs help ASAP

I'm hoping someone can help. I've been away from
my office for several weeks. This morning, when
trying to start my desktop (iMac), it won't get
past the booting phase. I've tried forcing a
restart four times ... it hangs at the same place.
no error - keeps hanging up on the boot up screen
(the Apple log with the slider on the bottom)
