Tray 2 was set as plain letter paper, when the
media was plain letterhead paper. Once I changed
the settings to the correct media, the issues went
away.

Bo-Mozart in the business office is giving jam
errors any time someone tries to print. To reset
it they open tray 3 open and close the top but
then the documents print on letter.

They need helps asap 20031442[Edit Inv]
