RoseAnn,

We have a new computer all set up and ready for
delivery. Please let me know if you need any
assistance moving files if they are saved locally.
If files are saved locally they will need to be
moved to a network drive (H: or I:) or on an
external device. I'm available today from 1pm to
2:30pm and tomorrow from 10am-5pm. If these times
don't work well with your availability we can
schedule this for next week.

Registrar's Office must be fully operational for
the week of December 15th through the 19th and
want the replacement to happen after that week.
This is including essential programs that will
need to be loaded to certain computers.  Please
check with end users and Danielle Ambrose for list
of essential programs that are unique to the
Registrar's office and not listed in inventory
records(examples Degree Works Desktop Tool,
Transit, Trq, SureCode, PLSQLDeveloper)  at
particular stations.  Please make note of these
"unique" application installs in inventory for
future record.  

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell computer with
monitor needs to be setup and delivered to Rose
Ann Riester in AD107A. The WOU # of the new computer
is W#20130859[Edit Inv] and monitor W#20130941[Edit Inv] and the old
computer is W#20091288[Edit Inv]. 
The new equipment is on the counter in ITC 008 with
GFA SETUP Form
