Jeff came by to grab computer.  Changed a 
wireless setting for him.  Made sure he was an 
admin user and his network drives were 
populating.  Mentioned that I have his files 
backed up on an external disk drive in case he 
finds he needs anything that isn't on his H 
drive.

He said he can't log on at home in general, so
it's not a wireless problem.

The temporary computer is not connecting to the
wireless at his home. Some kind of error happens,
he can't remember exactly. If you could call him
sometime today to help him with this that would be
great.

Moved locally saved data to an external disk - 
took about 2 hours.  Imaged machine and 
performing updates now.  Will have to transfer 
data back to machine once all updates have been 
complete.

Jeff has CS6 Design and Web Premium on another 
office computer and will need to install that 
on this computer as well.

Needs a check up on the computer.  Computer goes
through start up routine and then the profile is
blank and nothing happens.  He tried to update
firefox last and it won't work or load his profile
now.    

He would like to have a re-image if possible and
everything is backed up right now.  He also has
Adobe suite on his desktop and would like it put
on his laptop.  KEEP 2003 MICROSOFT ON THERE!
