System was acting slow because it had a malware 
virus that was detected by Sophos.I did a 
restart to remove the malware.
Then updated the microsoft silver-light and 
Adobe shockwave. The system response is fine 
now. I'm running another scan(with Sophos) 
again just to be sure.

Bev just called in and was wondering if it was 
possible to send a tech over to take a look at her 
computer in room 101H in the Administration 
building. Possible malware.
