Spoke with Robbin regarding the laptop. I let
her know the laptop does not have a Win7
license and I wouldn't recommend purchasing a
license for the machine as the hardware specs
are low. I let her know that I can keep an eye
out for a laptop that we get coming in from
another setup, but at this point, we dont have
much. I also let her know that we do have a
desktop if that would work as a temporary
replacement. She is going to weigh her options
and let me know if she wants a desktop setup.

She will be picking the laptop up today and it
is at the SRD.

So there is a laptop sitting up here that a
gentleman just brought in. He would like it to
be re-imaged and he would like windows 7, and
an updated Microsoft Office. Supposedly the
laptop is going to be a "loaner" and it needs
to be able to authenticate staff and student
workers. I have the laptop sitting up here at
the help desk ready to be taken back and worked
on. When it is finished Randy Klumph would like
to have it delivered to Robbin Bull in Todd
236.
