Nick checked on the computer.  The computer 
itself is okay.  There is a second active 
ticket for the monitor.  We have replaced the 
video card and cable.  Will warranty the 
monitor.  Please refer to ticket 55471 for 
updates on the monitor.

She can get on her profile but when she was
working today things froze up and she couldn't use
her printer and restarted the computer and when
she turned it back on there was a page with errors
on it that she couldn't get all written down then
her profile loaded and said that windows didn't
load properly.  Everything seems to be working though.
