This usually refers to a bad driver.  I rebooted 
the computer and could not see anything on the 
screen.  It was just a fuzzy blue screen.  I was 
able to go into safe mode and everything seemed 
fine so I uninstalled the video driver and 
reinstalled it.  The computer was now displaying 
everything fine in normal mode.

Trisha is experiencing a blue screen on her 
computer with a page full of error 
notifications such as "Bad Pool Header" and 
"Collecting Data for a Trash Dump". She is 
leaving the screen the way it is while she 
waits for assistance.
