Hello,

I have Microsoft Office accessible to you 
through a web page.  Please visit 
www.wou.edu/~burgesonl and choose the Mac link.  
Then click the Office 2011 for Mac link and 
finally download MicrosoftOffice2011.dmg.  Once 
it has finished downloading, you will have to 
run the installer.  You wont be prompted for 
any licensing as it is built in to the 
installer.

Please let me know if this works successfully 
for you or not.  I have tested it out, so you 
shouldn't run into any issues, but please keep 
me updated.

Several weeks ago I communicated with someone in
your office regarding my laptop (Mac Air  -
20120370) and a battery issue I was having. We
ended up deciding that it would be easiest for me
to just take it to an Apple store to have the
battery replaced as it was still under warranty. I
live in Arizona and travel to WOU about once a
month, so the timing was difficult to do it any
other way.

I did have the laptop battery installed, but there
also was a software issue. They needed to reformat
the hard drive. Now everything seems to be
working, but I no longer have Microsoft Office
installed. Is there a way for me to get it
installed remotely? ¿ or are there disks you can
send so I can install it with a WOU copy?
