reset.

Hi Don,

I just tried calling you regarding Banner.  You 
will need to contact Faye Whitenack at 88172 
and she will be able to reset your account.  
She handles all the Banner accounts and will be 
able to get you back up and running.  Please 
let me know if you are able to login to Banner 
once she resets your account.

Can't log in to banner. His password expired in
November and he received a temporary password but
he can't access the page to log in at all. The
error message is: java console. 

He is now in the Werner Center behind the info
desk room 210E, if you could go check this out and
see if maybe he just needs to update java on his
computer to be able to attempt to log in to banner.
