uninstalled java 8 and re installed java 7.71 also uninstalled ask bar 
and pc activator. she is able to login and use banner.

She has been unable to get into banner but she can
still access her email and get onto wolf web. She
would like someone to come down and take a look at
it today if possible. She will be in her office
from 2:30-5 today
