Check her computer and reconfigure her printer to
print the PDF files as Image and that solve the
problem.

She has tried on multiple computers in the 
office, as well as attempted downloading the 
PDF to the computer and then printing it which 
has also failed. Supposedly it just prints 
lines and gives her a "Stack Error".
