Printer is dead.. Kathy will be putting in a
purchase request for a new one

Need to try a different toner cartridge. The new
formatter board fixed the lcd screen issue but now
the print outs are just blank. Most of the
research I did online says its most likely the
cartridge. I will be visiting Kathy today to see
if she has an extra.

The display light turns on when the printer is on, 
but nothing is displayed.

Megan, can you check this out?  Is it dead?

I reconnected AD-Provost on her computer, but the 
printer was offline.  The printer itself had no 
display and was not responding to any buttons or 
reseting.

I have a HP 3005dn printer, but it has been 
offline.  I tried to reinstall the printer to 
bring it back online without success.  Can you
