Printer is printing fine.  The printer is low on
ink but will not accept new ink blocks.  Gives the
error message that the ink blocks are incorrect. 
I tried to use pagepack ink.

She called in letting us know that the printer 
won't work for "some reason". The black ink is 
low, so I assume that could be the problem.
