Computer was delivered at 2pm on 3/10/2015.  She 
tested Medicat and her scanner and everything 
seemed to be working.

Replaced the motherboard for the second time and 
it powered up and both the display port and DVI 
port was working.

Replaced the Motherboard and the computer would 
not power on.  It would give 3 amber blinking 
lights.  Power supply indicates it is working so 
I ordered another motherboard.

Babatunde took her a loaner computer 20100134[Edit Inv].  
The video was not working.  We tired a different 
Video card and still got no image.  We put her 
video card into a different computer and it 
worked.  The on-board video did work.  It looks 
like a bad video card slot on the MB.  I put in a 
request to dell for a new MB.

Update her Scanner software and after that i 
restarted and double checked. Everything worked 
fine after that i restarted the computer and 
there was a blank screen so i tried to swap out 
cables and it still didnt work so i took the 
computer over UCS. Myself and Jon 
troubleshooted and we didnt had any luck. I 
have to work in the lib at 12pm so i told jon 
and he said he will take care of this and there 
was no other tech was present. I already called 
trisha and explained her the situation. She was 
fine with that. Jon will give her a loaner and 
she will be back from her lunch by 1pm.

I went over there and she was not in. Her baby is sick so she will be 
in later today. She will give us call

Trisha just called back in to let us know that the 
problem is still persisting. She has said that 
there are no new errors, just the ones already 
listed on this ticket that are unabated.

I called her back and she said everything is working fine. She said if 
she has any other issue she will call us.

I went over there talked to her and she explained me what was the 
problem so i plug the power of scanner into another outlet and also 
i plug the USB cable behind the monitor. It seems worked so i am 
going to wait for an hour to go double check.

At this point, we need to uninstall ScanSnap and
reinstall it (T:drive, Drivers, Fujitsu Scansnap).
 Megan also said to check the printer's firmware
(make sure it's up to date).  

Dave suggested going into the bios and making the
selection for the monitor to never go to sleep.

She is pretty busy and does not necessarily have
chunks of time for troubleshooting.  She will
contact us when she has a free day.  I gave her
the front desk number and the SR number.

W20110696- Scanner.
It appears to be a problem relating to the
scanner.  When it is powered on, the monitors go
all funky.  

Available tomorrow after 9, Friday after 9.

She just called back saying one of the techs came
to help her and it worked until they left the room
and now its back to flashing. 

She will be in her office Thursday 8-5 and Friday
after 9

She just got a new monitor and she is still having
the problem of the monitor flashing on and off.

She is available today until 5 and anytime Friday
after 9.
