Scanner is fine now.For some reason the receiver 
tray couldn't detect the document because the 
printout on it was faint.So, we used the flatbed 
and that worked fine.

She said that her scanner is not working, when she
tries to scan in documents they either show up as
blank on her computer or it gives her some error
message. She tried restarting both her computer
and scanner but it didn't help.

She's available today (1/7) until 4:30 and
tomorrow from 7:30-11 and 12-4:30
