with what Nick was able to recover.  

Added as admin, mapped drives, and installed 
printers.

swapped computer with a loaner and was able to get desktop 
information using target the computer is imaging now and has no 
major software that will need to be installed according to the 
inventory information.

Please re-image with Mavericks and we have found 
that Yosemite has a difficult time operating on 
our 2010 machines

She said her Mac seems to be updating but it's
stuck about half way. Lori said it most likely
needs to be reimaged.

She'll be leaving her office in a few minutes but
