Nick's test print was printed.  I was also able to 
print to ITC303 and ITC303Color (both on Hood) 
from a computer in 303.

reset the queues for the printer. it was shut off so i restarted it  
and it was in the process of warming up when the class came in. 
i am going to wait till 3 to see if my test prints were printed and 
if there are any more problems

computer.  I believe the issues are printer-
related and not workstation-related.

We need more information.  Who is trying to print 
to this printer and what is the WOU # of the 
computer? Are there any error messages on the 
computer or printer?
