Checked out the computer - drivers seemed to 
all be okay, but I also ran Windows updates, 
which contained a driver update.  I let Adela 
know that if this doesn't help, she may need to 
get a newer computer.  She will have the user 
test it out to see if the problem persists and 
she will contact us if further action is 
needed.

Below are the issues the student operating the
computer is having. She also used the computer
last year and says these issues have become more
prevalent this year. The computer is a bit on the
old end but maybe it could be cleaned up and
updated to help with the issues?


1. My mouse and keyboard will all of a sudden not
create any actions, or will have a very noticeable
delay. The only way to fix this is to restart my
computer.
2. My monitor will randomly stop receiving input
from the computer and will go blank. It comes back
on within a minute after flickering to life.
3. My ethernet cable will be plugged in properly
to my computer and the wall outlet, but it will
randomly drop the signal, and I have to unplug the
cable from the wall and plug it back in for the
signal to reach my computer and my computer to
respond.
