Deleted driver and ran gpupdate, which solved the
problem. Printers were added automatically on all
accounts. Test printed successfully.

Check Print Management and delete the associated

Ran gpupdate with no success. I will attach
the screen shots of running gpresult.

In addition, when I tried to add the printer
manually through Krusty, an error message was
displayed: "Windows cannot connect to the
printer. The specified port is unknown."

I have printer configuration pages at my desk
if those will be of any help.

This is a faculty video station and it is not
pulling CTL-Printer from Krusty. Users are
having to map this printer at what sounds like
every login. The printer is in the policy and
the computer is in the correct OU.

Please run a gpupdate /force on the machine and
see if it pulls that printer. If not, please
run gpresult /R in the command window and take
a screenshot of everything it displays. Add it
to this ticket as an attachment please so I can
look at what policies it's pulling.
