They were trying to print to the wrong printer. 
Showed them which printer to print to and it
worked properly.

So computer number (20110104) is having some 
trouble connecting to the printer here. I've made 
sure all of the cables are connected properly, 
restarting the machine, and manually re-inputting 
the printer name onto the system.
