20111135[Edit Inv] will no longer power on.  Due to costs 
and age of camera we decided to make 20140390[Edit Inv] a 
permanent replacement.

Temporarily replaced camera with 20140390[Edit Inv] to 
test. I brought 20111135[Edit Inv] back to my desk in ITC 
008 for testing.

after putting it back in Dev 107 the camera was 
sluggish and still presented with the same 
issues.  I brought it back to my office and again 
it is working with out issue.

I performed a factory reset on the camera and 
updates the settings.  The camera is functioning 
again.

I removed the camera from Dev 107 and brought it 
back to work on.

The camera in Dev 107 is not recording.  It has 
also had some interface issues.  It is not 
listing users or Time Zones.  It also displays 
text above the image.
