I was able to get hold of one of the staff at PS
and he informed me that upon his arrival this
morning the printer is working just fine. He did
some few print out in my present.

Everything looks good when I remote in. I sent a
test print from krusty and the online interface,
got no errors.

PS-nancydrew printer keeps saying it is in an
error state.  She can restart and it will print
once and then back to the error. Problem started
yesterday.
