deleted connection to the copier. then installed the driver for the 
copier and created a new connection to that copier.

Gentleman is having an issue connecting to the 
shared printer on the right-hand side in room 
313(he couldn't fine the machines #), from his 
office in room 307. He says that he is 
available today between 12:00pm-1:00pm, then 
again from 2:00pm-3:00pm.
