Delivered computer and brought back loaner
20101097[Edit Inv].  Mouse was not loading initially,
switched the usb's around. Double checked network
drives. Installed printers and set up Outlook.  It
was syncing when I left.  Told him to call if he
had any questions or experienced any more issues.

He should have access to groupr/tri. He still 
has access and he has the needed grouping in 
AD.  He should first try restarting to see if 
that resolves his issue.  If not, try gpupdate 
/force as it is a GPO that is pushing the 
drive.
