Deleted (via cmd) and readded the printer.  Works
now.  She also mentioned that her outlook wasn't
updating correctly; her work offline setting was on.

So, the printer seems to be working alright due 
to the fact that other people in their office 
are able to print to it. By process of 
elimination, that means that something is wrong 
with her computer itself. She's checked all the 
chords, restarted both machines, and there are 
no error codes whatsoever.
