Spoke with Steve earlier.He just mentioned the
machine was acting slow upon logging in this
morning.But, I had no difficulty logging-in.If the
problem persist after running the Malware remover
and CCleaner.Then, I would suggest we re-image the
machine.Right now,everything is working fine.

Did you run CCleaner and MalwareBytes to try to 
clean everything up?  If so and everything is 
functioning normally, close the ticket.

Has the user downloaded anything since noticing 
slowness?No - no recent installation on control 
panel- except for Sophos updates.
