I was able to get hold of Ashlee and help her
resolved the issue causing her to not print to the
network printer.

She was unable to connect to printer #990419 from
her new computer she just received. She is also a
previous student who is now an employee and was
told that all her "H" drive files would be
transfer over to her new computer but this did not
happen and she would like additional help with that.
