and set up for Chris in the Library.  The 
workers at the info desk can tell you how to 
get into his office.  He has a loaner there 
now, so please bring that back.

I was able to get hold of Chris and ask him to
backup all of his files save locally on his
system. I will re-image his system upon completing
his backups.

Computer is currently frozen and he will leave it 
that why until a tech goes to check it out.

Computer continues to freeze. Chris tends to 
lock or log out of his machine and comes back a 
few hours late to a screen that is frozen, so 
he has to manually has to show up. PC is not 
shutting down properly either.
