reloaded the printer to the imac and made sure
that the duplexer was setup in the driver. Did a
test print, Amy was there. Good to go!

Hi Megan,

Our office printer, one of the last great
metal-part printers on campus, has decided to go
back to causing us grief with PDF printing.

Sometimes it prints only the first page; other
times it refuses to print any pages of a PDF,
regardless of whether it's opened in Preview or Adobe.

Can you please come work your magic?  I know you
fixed it earlier, and I think you mentioned it was
a driver update issue.  Hopefully it's a simple fix.
