He is comfortable registering SketchPad and 
TinkerPlot on his own, but will call if he 
needs anything else.

It looks like both Geometer's Sketchpad and
Tinkerplot will need to be registered in his
account (he also has to be admin).  Printers and
drives still need to be added.  See below for
availability.

I wasn't able to finish -
I bound it, installed Sophos, Munki, flash, 
java, silverlight, microsoft updates, and 
software updates.

Still needs:  special software, user admin 
rights & drives mapped, printers, etc.

Went into recovery, disk utility and repaired hard 
drive.  Tried a reimage again, and on the second 
try it took.  Setting up now.

The image looks like it takes, but then reboots 
and displays ⃠ instead of the apple.  I'm 
currently troubleshooting

Downloaded the newest version of the Mac 
system, which is incompatible with our network 
systems here. He has saved everything that 
needs to be taken care of, and the laptop is 
ready to be re-imaged. It is sitting up front 
here ready to be picked up.
