a restart solved the issue with low on resources. Sophos was 
updated and is now working properly.

She hasn't used her laptop since the internet
crash last week and now when she tries to log on
it tells her that her computer is "low on
resources and cannot log on a new user" This
laptop isn't new to her. 

Also once you get her into the laptop she said
that sophos has been popping up an error that it
can't update

She's available today until 4:30
