Check APSC 101 regarding the request about the
monitor alternating. I figure out the DVI cable
wasn't properly connected to the monitor. Properly
connecting that solve the problem.

The monitor # is 20110129[Edit Inv], its pretty much 
alternating between shades of blue and green, 
clearly broken.
