Lexie Widmer	Jan 29, 2015 03:04 PM	Checked the rollers and inside for cleanliness, looked fine. Printed a cleaning page: every job has consistent horizontal black lines. Took out the cartridge; the imaging drum had horizontal black lines (supposed to be clean). Sharyne Ryals wanted to test the bad cartridge so I took it over to her printer. Same problem. She provided Carla with a new cartridge. Prints are fine now.	Add Attachment
