Macros was still having problems, according to
forums, the button she was using is not enabled in
2010.  Showed her an alternate route (by clicking
font options, then selecting color).  This worked
fine after testing.

You may also need to re-add the Office shortcuts
to your desktop. 

You can do this by typing in "word" (powerpoint,
excel) in the search box of the start menu,
hovering over the office program, right clicking,
and selecting send to desktop.

She says her macros files are not showing the font
the way she is coding/recording it. (ie she
selects purple but it shows black.  It started
working again when I got here.  She asked that I
do some checking anyway.  I am un/re-installing
Word just to see.  

She is having trouble editing documents with color
on her computer. She is using macro program to edit.
