Spoke to Lori about it.She mentioned, if the 
problem persist, then we would need the usernames 
of the students that are having this specific 
issue printing.The printer in CH RM 303 is 
specifically tied to print 
credits.Thus,staff/Profs would need print credits 
to use the printer.

Printer re-added to the macs . Did a print test 
everything works fine.

She just called in saying that multiple computers
are having trouble connecting to the printer and
they are receiving the error that the printer
needs the operators name and password.
