She was trying to connect to RG-RegVault, her
default printer.  It appeared to be a problem with
the print service/spooler. Tried deleting and
readding, but this didn't work properly until I
logged into my own account (note: she was an
admin).  Also ran gpupdate and restarted for good
measure.  Finally was able to add the printer and
print.

She is unable to connect to the printer W#990419
and is giving her an error message when she tries.
