I disconnected the network cable and turned the
printer on.  The printer is taking a long time to
clean, going to let it sit for a while and check
on it later.

Please go check on this printer. Turn it on, I
didn't see any errors on my side. First turn it on
without the network cable plugged in, once it is
in the "ready" state plug the network cable in. I
will sent a test page from Krusty so it should
print out for you once the network cable is back in.

I had to make a decision regarding the HL-Ref
printer, on the far right. I had to put it out of
service.
Yesterday and today at about the same time,
4:15pm, this printer will say it is warming up,
and has a print job in the midst. Unfortunately,
this can go on for 30 min and longer, and the
questions just keep coming to reimburse print credits.
I thought this would be easier, until someone can
come and fix the problem, whatever it may be.
