So you can give it back to her but we will not replace it with a new one as long as she is using it as a 2nd station. Did you ever ask her about her actual power adapter? We found out she had been using a loaner charger so are using a spare charger from the back. She also stated when she logged on it asked her to reset her key chain password but she has been off the server for more than a year so her computer probably needs to be re-imaged.
