Uninstalled and reinstalled, the JRE seemed to be 
missing, so I reinstalled that as well.  Restarted 
and everything worked fine.

She uses PPVT4 and when she tries to open it, it
gives an error.  The error is "windows error 2
when loading the Java VM".  She has tried
restarting her computer but it is still giving her
the same error.  She has the software install disk
at her desk.

She is around this morning and later this afternoon.
