Brought it back, let Angie know.  She said that
she had tried multiple times to get it working and
it never did.  She'll let us know if it acts up again.

Laptop booted okay.  Does look like it was somehow
upgraded to Yosemite though.

problem. When we turn it on it has a white screen
and nothing comes up. It is a Mac and I think the
student didn¿t let it update. The number of the
