Sent a test print from Hood, no issues there. Must
be VDI.

Students over in the MNB computer lab are 
working on a test, and when it is finished they 
are unable to print the results out. No error 
is showing up on the computer or the printer, 
so it would seem that the connection isn't 
working properly.
