One of the ink blocks was not placed properly, so 
it was stuck warming up.  Reseated ink and it was 
able to receive print jobs again.  "Ready to 
Print"

Printer in the library is stuck in warm up mode
and wont get out of it so there are prints backed
up. They have tried restarting it and it still
doesn't go out of print mode.
