Ruby Tidwell	Feb 12, 2015 09:06 AM	She was using Foxit pdf reader, which wasn't allowing her to edit the editable fields. When we opened it in adobe reader, they worked properly. She did not have a preference, so I changed reader to be the default pdf viewer so that she could make changes.	Add Attachment
