it took a while to clean itself after it powered
back up but it printed a test sheet just fine

Can you please power cycle the machine again and
see what happens, deleted everything out of the
print queue

When I walked into the room the printer was on, 
and there was no error message on the printer. 
However when I chose one of the printers on the 
tab, it said "Error- user intervention: 13 
documents waiting." And after I tried printing, 
it said "Printer is in an error state." Wasn't 
sure why it's in a state of error.

Tomorrow 2/11 please go visit ITC 311 and find out
what is wrong with the printer. It is turned off
and was in a state of error prior to someone
turning it off. Wait for the machine to fully come
up, log into a computer and print a test page to.
If there is an issue, note it in this ticket and
assign it to me.
