I ordered a new fuser for Mallard. There is
nothing we can do with the print outs until the
fuser arrives.

Can you give us some idea of when somebody will be
able to come and look at Mallard? This is the
¿workhorse¿ printer for the 2nd floor of the Cottage.

The printer made a weird sound and quit. It is
saying 50.3 Fuser Error

We are having a problem with printer Mallard,
20071020[Edit Inv]. Visually you see horizontal marks about
an inch long along the left side, spaced about 4
marks to a page. If you feel it you can tell that
the paper is being cut in these places. Can
someone come take a look at this problem soon?
